These Terms are an agreement between SyaDesk and the person or organization using the service. If you use SyaDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

These terms govern your access to and use of SyaDesk applications, websites and related business management services.
By using SyaDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
These Terms are an agreement between SyaDesk and the person or organization using the service. If you use SyaDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
SyaDesk provides business management tools such as point of sale, inventory, customers, suppliers, expenses, reporting, field activity and related workflows.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into SyaDesk, for choosing appropriate settings, and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with laws and business obligations that apply to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Business owners and administrators are responsible for the users they invite, permissions they grant and data they share inside their organization.
You keep responsibility for your business records and for maintaining any backups you need outside SyaDesk. We may perform backups for operational purposes, but those backups are not a substitute for your own records.
Offline-first operation means some data may exist locally on user devices before synchronization. Users are responsible for protecting their devices and completing synchronization where required.
Paid features, subscriptions or purchases may be processed by app stores or third-party payment providers. Their terms and payment rules may also apply.
Fees, plan limits and availability may change. Where required, we will provide notice or present updated terms before material changes take effect.
You must not use SyaDesk to break the law, infringe rights, mislead others, upload malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or abuse the service, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system or data.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or these Terms are violated.
SyaDesk may integrate with or link to third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics, notifications or support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content or their policies.
SyaDesk, its software, design, branding, content and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the service except as allowed by law or by written permission.
You retain rights to the business data you enter, subject to the rights we need to host, process, synchronize, secure and provide the service.
SyaDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or perfect service, and we do not guarantee that every report, calculation or business outcome will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyaDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SyaDesk after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
