We keep information for as long as needed to provide SyaDesk, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups and protect the service.
For account deletion requests, the current published deletion process states that account data is erased within 90 days after the request, subject to necessary retention for legal, security or backup purposes.
Children
SyaDesk is intended for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
