How to request deletion
Send an email to support@syadesk.com requesting account deletion.
Your email should include:
- Subject: SyaDesk Account Deletion
- Your full name
- A copy of your ID card or Passport
- The email address or phone number used for your SyaDesk account
- The SyaDesk Code of your business, if possible
- Your country, if possible

What happens after deletion?
The current deletion process states that account data is securely erased within 90 days after the request. Access to SyaDesk services may be suspended during or after this process.
Some information may need to be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, backup, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Can the account be restored?
Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored. You would need to create a new account to use SyaDesk again.
Before you delete
Export or save any business records you need before submitting your request. Account deletion may remove access to business data, reports, transaction history and related configuration.
