What happens when I delete my account?

All your data will be securely erased within 90 days after the enquiry, and access to SyaDesk services will be suspended.

Can I reactivate my account after deletion?

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You’ll need to create a new account to use SyaDesk again.

Is my personal data removed permanently?

Yes, deleting your account removes all personal information from our systems permanently.

How do I delete my account safely?

If you want to delete your SyaDesk account, please send an email to support@syadesk.com requesting account deletion. Please submit inquiries in English if possible and advise us of the country you are contacting us from. Your email should include all of the following information:

• Subject: SyaDesk Account Deletion
• Full Name
• Email Address of your SyaDesk account
